Hola! My name is Mariana. I have been in the hospitality world for over twenty years. I was born and raised in Argentina, but have spent the last ten years living in New Zealand with my family. Since the move, I have worked in many cafés until I started Mariana's Kitchen as a food truck and eventually turned it into our Kiosk in Petone Foreshore. In 2024, we took the business a step further and now we’re also running an eatery in Lower Hutt. My goal is to represent the traditional flavours and bring a piece of Argentina to Wellington. All through my fresh, homemade products and while following my family recipes!
